Special Educational Needs Coordinator, with Optional Administrator or Learning Support Assistant Role

Term Time, Part-Time, 6-20 hours Per Week, Negotiable.

Closing Date: Friday 9 April 2021

We are looking to recruit a replacement Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO). We also have a new position as an Administrator and we expect soon to require an additional Learning Support Assistant (LSA). We are flexible about filling
these positions, but we suggest that one person might ideally combine the SENCO work with one of these other roles.

 

Our proposal for this post is that the successful candidate will work two or three morning sessions per week in the office as an administrator (6 - 9 hours per week) and/or the LSA role (up to 12 hours per week) and some further hours each week as a SENCO. The SENCO working hours will vary depending on the number of children involved and the case work requirements, but will typically be between 6 - 9 hours per week.


The post is open to anyone with suitable qualifications and experience to apply. The post is being advertised internally and externally.

 

As with all Pre-School posts, this is subject to Safer Recruitment and an enhanced DBS check.
